About:

My experience in higher education has been in several areas to include academic advising, developing programs for adult learners and transfer students, and teaching academic success courses. My passion is assisting adult learners develop a plan for completing their educational and career goals, and helping them realize they can do it! Having completed my degrees while working full time with two daughters, I can relate to adult students trying to balance class schedules with family and work responsibilites and still be a successful student. I strive to make sure you have the answers you need to take the next step in your educational journey! I truly enjoy listening to the stories adult students share about their educational journey and overcoming the common challenges adult learners face.
